Workshop: Introduction to Silk Scarf Hand-Painting
in Chestertown MD
In this workshop, participants will learn how to paint colorful, unique patterns
and multiple texture on silk organdy scarves.
Depending on experience, participants will learn how to draw patterns
on fabrics and knowledge of silk.
Capacity: up to 3 people each day.
Class - Single day
10am-11am Designing
11am- 12pm : Preparation and ready to paint 1 on silk fabric.
12pm-1pm : Lunch
( Explore small down town, Chestertown. My recommendation to visit is Modern Stone age kitchen. )
1pm-2pm : Steaming fabric for 30 min - wash and air dry.
Meantime, we have discuss and learning about silk.
2pm-4pm : Preparation and ready to paint 2 on silk fabric.
After complete to dry, streaming for an hour- wash and dry.
After 4pm, class will be dismissed.
Your painted scarf will be ready to complete next day to pick up or shipped on your home address.
Class - 2 days
Day 1
10am-12pm Designing. Preparation and discussing how to paint on silk.
12pm-1pm : Lunch
( Explore small down town, Chestertown. My recommendation to visit is Modern Stone age kitchen. )
1pm-2pm : Preparation and ready to paint 1 on silk fabric.

And you may try the second scarf ( Additional fee may apply - $35.00 for one small size silk scarf )
12pm-1pm : Lunch
( Explore small down town, Chestertown. Or Cooking Japanese lunch at Yuh’s Kitchen )
1pm-3pm : Steaming fabric for an hour - wash and air dry.
Meantime, we have discuss and learning about silk.
After 4pm, class will be dismissed.
Your painted scarf may ready to go home with you on day 2. or shipped on your home address.
